PHIL NICAUD
Head of Family & Community Engagement Services*
Phil Nicaud is a United States Marine, entrepreneur, author, speaker, and trusted advisor to founders, CEOs, and executive leaders across America. As Head of Family & Community Engagement Services at SagePoint Capital Partners, Phil brings three decades of leadership, enterprise-building, and relationship stewardship to one of the firm’s most distinctive mandates: ensuring that the families SagePoint serves flourish not only in wealth, but in purpose, unity, and lasting legacy.
After serving in the Marine Corps, Phil built, acquired, operated, and successfully exited multiple businesses. Over the past three decades he has worked across real estate development, business growth, leadership development, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, and strategic advisory services—experience that informs the rare, whole-person perspective he brings to SagePoint’s clients.
At SagePoint, Phil is an innovative force on a team built to redefine what a modern multi-family office can be. He pioneers the firm’s approach to family and community engagement—designing the conversations, frameworks, and gatherings that help generational families align values across generations, prepare rising leaders, and translate financial success into enduring significance. His work gives form to SagePoint’s mission to strengthen generational legacies that shape our world, extending the firm’s care well beyond the balance sheet.
As Founder of Legendary Leadership Consultants, Phil helps business owners and leadership teams build healthy cultures, develop strong leaders, clarify strategy, and create organizations that thrive. He serves on the boards of Founder’s Advisors, The Heritage Forum, Next Generation Ministries, SagePoint Advisors, Kingdom Leadership Network, and Legacy Stone, advancing business leadership, family legacy, and faith-based initiatives.
He is also the Founder of Kingdom Leadership Network, a nonprofit that connects and equips Kingdom-minded leaders to make a greater impact in their businesses, families, communities, and ministries.
Known for bringing together the worlds of business, faith, and leadership, Phil is passionate about helping leaders build lives, companies, and legacies that endure for generations—the same conviction that animates his role at SagePoint.
Phil and his wife, Alisa, live in Mandeville, Louisiana. Married since 1997, they are blessed with five children and a growing family legacy.
